Our team of highly skilled clinicians are committed to enhancing the wellness of individuals, families, and communities. In doing so, we take a holistic approach to care, collaboratively working with a team designed to promote a positive, impactful healing journey.
All clinical staff at Supportive Solutions Behavioral Health & Wellness are independently licensed and certified. Our clinicians are continuously engaged in professional development and training in order to ensure the highest level of care.
We acknowledge that therapy is an intimate process and a connection with your therapist is key to being able to undergo a strong therapeutic experience. Andrea Gareri, LADC
Clinician
Andrea Gareri is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. Specializing in working with people in recovery, she received her degree from an accredited university. In addition, she holds a master’s degree in human services and criminal justice. Andrea possesses extensive knowledge on the implications of the judicial system and recovery.
For the past 10 years of working in the field of addiction, Andrea has developed numerous skills. She finds the use of an eclectic approach during therapy sessions to be the most effective and impactful.
Ruth Montgomery, LCSW
Clinician
Ruth is a licensed clinical social worker and has a standing record of experience with teens and adults. She strives to create a non-judgmental, reliable space where you can feel heard and understood, and believes that you are in control of your own life and have the strength to choose your next steps one day at a time.
Her approach is designed to center you and your unique needs, and explore the impact of your history on your life by providing the tools you need to help you cope and thrive. Dedicated to your success, Ruth can help you navigate anxiety, stress, and major life changes so that you come out in control of your personal journey.
Using a collaborative approach, she recognizes that you are the expert on your own life, and together, you can achieve the future you have always hoped for!
Oyebusola Ojo, LPC
Clinician
Busola is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with a variety of age groups from diverse environments. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings, including outpatient clinics and in-home services. Busola believes therapy is a safe place where anyone can identify their unique values, identify and overcome emotional stress, self-limiting beliefs, and tap into identifying healthier ways of managing symptoms. She is client focused and believes in working collaboratively with her clients. She provides a warm, open, and nurturing environment and strongly believes in the power of a trusting therapeutic relationship.
Celeste Weber, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Celeste is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, qualified to practice both primary care and psychiatry. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Celeste has been an RN for 18 years and has specialized in many areas such as Cardiac Step Down, Geriatric Care, Women’s Health, and Internal Medicine. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2013.
Celeste will work with you as a teammate to accomplish your goals of mental and physical wellness, and help guide you on your journey to mindfulness and peace.
Michael Wenger, LPC-A
Clinician
Michael is a licensed professional counselor associate, whose goal is to help you and your family see progress as soon as possible. As a school psychologist, he has experience working with children, adults and families. Michael utilizes a strengths-based approach, building on existing skills and abilities. He prides himself on being compassionate and understanding to help create a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
His approach is personalized to each person, resting on establishing a positive rapport and trust with each client. Feeling better may not be easy, but Michael has found that with the right support, it is certainly possible. As scary as it might be, he knows first-hand how amazing it feels to overcome these difficult times in your journey. Working with Michael, you will notice that he is just as passionate about your success as you are!
Amber Woodward, LMSW
Clinician
Amber is a licensed Master of Social Work, whose main approach to therapy is centered around a comfortable, secure, resource-oriented clinician/client relationship. She prides herself on her ability to help clients navigate the world and its systems to promote improvement on one’s quality of life.
Experienced and versatile, Amber is not only trained traditional therapy methods, but also in Music Therapy, DBT, and CBT styles. She enjoys incorporating music to the therapeutic space to aid in identifying and processing feelings, thoughts, and values without fear of judgement. Her goal is to empower you to grow as you navigate your journey to mental wellness!
Jennifer Schackner, LCSW
Clinician
Jennifer works with adolescent and adult clients using an integrative, relational approach and strive to offer psychotherapy that is connected, effective, and tailored to your unique needs. She specializes in working with clients who have experienced single-event or complex trauma, and has extensive experience helping clients work through identity-related issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges.
At the heart of her work is a strong appreciation for the importance of developing a safe, trusting, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Jennifer cares deeply about her work, and she is committed to working with you to find new ways of approaching behaviors that keep you feeling stuck in your relationship to yourself, to others, and to your purpose.
Mikayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Southern Connecticut State University. Using the skills she garnered during her undergraduate degree, Mikayla offers creative solutions and ideas to our team in many different aspects. Having also held a number of jobs in customer service, her experience shines in her dedication to creating a safe and comfortable environment for clients and clinicians alike. Mikayla is the glue that holds us all together!

Office Manager
Kallee has over 7 years of experience working in office administration and has developed a passion for helping other in various settings. She prides herself in constantly extending compassion and understanding to those around her, especially when it comes to curating a safe and comfortable environment. With an innovative viewpoint and a knack for problem solving, Kallee adds yet another level of strength to our team that helps us deliver the care our clients deserve!
