Shalyn Rose, LCSW
Founder
I understand how hard it can be to cope with life's challenges, especially when you feel exhausted, anxious, and stressed. I know what it's like to have trouble with basic things like getting out of bed, taking care of yourself, and going out.
I have been a therapist for over 15 years; I have seen how tough life can be and how scary it is to reach out for help. But I have also seen how rewarding it can be to overcome obstacles and grow as a person. Getting better is not always easy, but I believe that with the right support, it can happen. It takes courage to admit that you need help.
Our society often tells us that we should be able to handle everything on our own, but that's not true. Asking for help is the most powerful thing you can do, it means you are willing to be vulnerable. That's why I want to congratulate you for taking the first step!
